Dream Rides respects your privacy. This policy explains the information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices available to you when using our passenger applications, websites, and chauffeur transportation services.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide when creating an account or booking a ride, including your name, email address, phone number, pickup and destination details, ride preferences, support messages, and transaction records. If you allow location access, we use your device location to help set pickup points and support active rides.
How we use information
We use this information to create and manage your account, quote and fulfill rides, process payments, communicate booking and ride updates, provide customer support, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, and improve the safety and reliability of Dream Rides.
How we share information
We share only the information needed to operate the service with assigned chauffeurs, payment processors, authentication providers, mapping and location providers, notification services, and other vendors that support Dream Rides. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect passengers, chauffeurs, Dream Rides, or the public. We do not sell personal information.
Payments
Payment card information is processed by our payment provider. Dream Rides receives transaction details needed to manage bookings, charges, refunds, and financial records, but does not store complete card numbers.
Location information
Location permission is optional. When enabled, location is used to suggest pickup points and provide journey context. You can change location access at any time in your device settings, although some booking and ride features may then require manual address entry.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain required ride and financial records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. When an account is deleted, information that is not legally or operationally required is removed or anonymized.
Your choices and rights
You may update account details in the app and request access, correction, or deletion of your information. You can also disable location and notification permissions through your device settings. Privacy rights vary by jurisdiction.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Children
Dream Rides is not directed to children under 13, and children may not create their own accounts. A parent or guardian may request a child seat or arrange transportation as permitted by applicable law.

We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. The effective date on this page identifies the latest version.
